Strengthening IT with Hyper Automation
About the Customer
Middle East leader in Energy Sector managing a diverse technology footprint across Infrastructure and Applications is focussed on enabling both self-service and self-healing capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Background
The customer planned a strategic move to the cloud and required a partner capable of managing end-to-end IT operations during and after the transition. Core objectives included implementing self-healing automations across infrastructure, driving alert suppressions to reduce noise, and automating critical Network and Security services. Legacy processes, limited automation coverage, and a distributed environment created significant operational overhead.
Solution
A dedicated Digital Exchange was deployed in a secure on-premise environment, adhering to stringent security and compliance norms. The solution integrated seamlessly with customers ITSM solution via a pull-adaptor–based architecture, enabling automated fulfilment of high-volume enterprise workflows. Automation was delivered across software installation, SMS workflows, bulk user creation, AD operations, Webex provisioning, USB enablement, and other application-level use cases — significantly reducing manual interventions and improving service responsiveness.
