Background

The enterprise previously managed Data Subject Requests (DSRs) manually, resulting in long turnaround times, operational overhead, and risk of human error. The increasing volume of privacy-related queries under evolving regulations such as CCPA created the need for a scalable, automated, and reliable compliance framework. With data spread across multiple systems, the customer required an integrated solution capable of orchestrating requests across diverse applications.

Solution

DigitalXC deployed a phased DSR automation framework, integrating with nine key enterprise applications to unify request processing.
